225g or 8oz margarine
150g or 5 oz cater sugar
75g or 3 oz dessicated coconut
75g or 3oz crushed cornflakes
1 tablesp sieved cocoa powder
150g or 5oz SR flour
100g or 4oz melted chocolate (optional)
Heat the oven to 180c or 350f or gas mark 4
grease and line a swiss roll tin.
Melt the margarine over a low heat, stir in sugar, coconut, cornflakes, cocoa, and flour and mix well.
Turn into the tin and level with a knife, bake for 20 mins.
When almost cool cut into squares or triangles.
Cover with melted chocolate if desired.
