Every good cook has a combination of pots and pans in the kitchen. When used properly and according to manufacturer’s instructions, quality nonstick pans are durable and great to cook with no matter what type of cuisine you are cooking up. If you are having trouble with your current nonstick pans, they have been compromised in some way. Buy new nonsticks and take care of your pans and they will last the life of the pan itself.

Indian Stainless Steel Cookware

Hard Anodized = anodized (heat treated to a temperature that the aluminum molecules fuse together for a tougher surface) Stainless Steel = just what it says, 18/10 stainless steel means the thickness/guage of the steel being used..... Non Stick = can include either of the above, but with a Teflon (made by Dupont) baked at a high temperature into the surface of the pan to insure non stick cooking. Teflon has been shown by the NSF ( National Sanitation Foundation, which is responsible for food saftey items) to be safe to cook with. Christopher
