I would saute garlic in olive oil, add a little butter and if you have a lemon a little zest from that will make a great sauce for pasta. Add some dried herbs like oregano or basil.

I absolutely love pasta without any specific sauce on it.

I use some Olive oil, some spices, you already have the italian herbs and the garlic, and a bit of liquid seasoning (in your case soya) and some grated fresh parmesan.

You have enough ingredients at hand to do this. Enjoy it.

ps:

I would not sautee the garlic, but let it slowly get a bit of color in the Olive oil. Add to the alredy cooked pasta with the spices,a bit of soya and you are ready to eat.

Simple....cut up the veggies into small strips, in a pan cook slightly (not too limp still a bit firm) with a bit of olive oil, add the garlic and herbs at the end and once the pasta is el dente, drain and put into the pan with the veggies, and a wee bit more olive oil and make sure its well tossed or mixed. Garnish with a few more herbs and serve.

Cook the pasta, then toss with olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Maybe add some of the veggies.

Why not make spagetthi aglio olio.Just put olive oil in the pan, when hot add the garlic until soft. Then just add your pasta and season to taste with salt and pepper.Right at the end,you can add your italian herbs like italian parsley or dill.(it's better if you have soft delicate herbs as woody herbs i not very suitable unless you use their tops only which are soft)

Saute the garlic in some olive oil and butter - toss in the veggies and pasta and you have yourself a pasta dish.

cook whatever pasta you want. in a skillet, add a bit of olive oil. ad garlic, onion, celery and carrot(all fine diced). Cook until it become a bit soft. Add in diced tomato and a splash of chicken stock. puree. season with salt and pepper. toss with pasta.

Cook the pasta, drain, return to pan, add 1/4 stick of butter and stir until butter has melted, add grated Parmesan cheese. Fast, simple, and all so good!

a nice way to eat pasta is to add ricotta cheese when you have cooked your pasta. add a little rocotta cheese and parmisan cheese. thats it......
