Hi, thanks for opening this question. So, I randomly browsed channel today and I came across this thing called Nu Wave Oven. It is like new technology machine thing or whatever that can boil, bake, and heat. As I was watching this commercial, I thought about my mom since she is into cooking and she does tons of cooking and baking. Price also seems pretty reasonable too so I would like to purchase it for my mom as a thanking gift. But I cannot just rush in and buy the product I heard for the first time. That is where I need help from you guys! Have you tried or know anyone with Nu Wave Oven? Is it as effective and convenient as it is advertised? Best answer will be awarded with dime! Thanks for your time and answers in advance!

I hummed and hawed for about 2 months and finally took the plunge and got a Flavor Wave Deluxe oven. Virtually the same thing. The best $129 I ever spent this thing gets used 1 or 2 times every day. It does everything in the infomercial and then some. I can say it is the best bacon cooker you will ever own. It does sausages, chops, steak, chicken pieces right from the freezer in about 20 minutes roasts and whole chicken take about 1 1/2 hours but a meat thermometer is a good investment here. Works to warm up left overs especially if you need something crisped up. It also makes some of the best grilled cheese sandwiches. Owned for about 2 years now and still learning what all can be done with it. Roast and whole chickens to perfection and with a little brain wave I figured how to make gravy.

Once everything is removed, add flour to the drippings on the bottom of the pot and make a roue, then add a little water, stir and then pour that into a pot and finish making your gravy.

I just looked at this: https://www.nuwaveoven.com/flare/next and it looks great to me. It uses less energy plus has all of these warranties. Your mom may like it for ease of use and that you can cook things from a frozen state and it's supposed to taste just as good as if it were coming from a regular oven. I've never tried one. This following link from amazon.com has 138 customer reviews for a NuWave oven http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000KGTXFW/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B0002CTX68&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=082TG187534KNJZTHBDG
