If the sandwich was refrigerated, it's still safe. If it was left out for more than two hours, throw it away.

Added: Would you be seriously ill? Oh, you have no idea...

Food poisoning is not to be taken lightly. Even when one does not contract salmonella or botulism, run-of-the-mill food poisoning still sucks...

If you eat that sandwich, there is the strong possibility that you will spend the next three days on the toilet with a bucket between your knees. At some point, you will become so badly dehydrated that your lips will crack and bleed, which just adds to the fun. You will chug a Pepsi, knowing full well it's going to make you throw up... but at this point you won't care. No Pepsi will ever taste as good again. No amount of hunger is worth so much misery.

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt...

that's going to be great. correct refrigerated tuna is powerful for 3-5 days. We make tuna clean daily at our Subway. as long via fact the Subway is a hectic one, i might in all likelihood assume that they make their tuna clean daily too. i could be extra grossed out by making use of the undeniable fact that the bread replaced into in all likelihood extraordinarily frustrating after being refrigerated for 2 days.

If it's a mayonnaise based tuna sandwich, do not eat it. Yes, there's always a chance it won't make you sick. But chances are far greater that it will.

If it hasn't been kept cold, it isn't safe to eat. Both mayonnaise and tuna spoil easily and can make you very sick.

mayo contains eggs. mayo, tuna, moist bread left out, even in a container, could have the start of fungus plus nasty bacteria. You could get really sick.

As long as it has been well wrapped it will be fine.
