Wick Fowlers 2 Alarm Chili mix pack, by the seasonings or canned chili at the grocery. Contains all the seasonings, you choose the cut of meat and can add beans if you prefer. Not from scratch, but very good! And fail proof!

1 pound of ground beef

1 med. onion chopped diced into small pieces

1 large or 2 small green peppers diced pieces

1-2 (depending on preference) cloves of garlic minced

1 can kidney beans, pinto beans or beans of your choice

1 can stewed tomatoes

chili powder

salt and pepper

Adobo seasoning (instead of salt)

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Saute garlic, onions, peppers in small amount of oil until tender. Add ground beef and cook until done. Add remaining ingredients. The seasonings (chili powder, salt, pepper and Adobo) are to taste. Add some and let it cook for a bit and then taste it to see if it needs more. I like to let it simmer for about 45- 1hour so that the beans are very tender. Sometimes I mashed the beans slightly with a potato masher. The tomato paste helps to thicken it. Enjoy
