I left my pizza in the car for 5 hours, is it still edible?
I left the pizza in my trunk from 3:00pm to 8pm and the pizza is a ham, pineapple, and bacon bbq pizza from the frozen food aisle. The weather outside was 40-41F and it was cloudy outside with small sprinkles.

I just stuck it in the freezer.

Since the weather outside was nice and cool -you should be good to go with the pizza. Since it did sit for a while I would bake it TONIGHT. Sometimes re-freezing food like this destroys the taste.

It will be still Ok to reheat and just eat it ( will not be enjoyable)

Once you frozen meal get defrosted you should not re freeze it.

All the frozen ready meal products that you buy from super are cooked and in minutes it gets into blast chiller to bring them to the freezing point as soon as they can so no bacteria can grow in the process.

You should be good. It sounds like it didn't get that hot and the oven heat will cook any bacteria, if any, out of it.

Yes, you can still eat it. You can reheat it. I have experienced it many times.
