Before making the hamburger patties mix in chopped onions and season all. My hubby does it when he grills them, but it should work on the stove too. Make sure you use ground round, not just ground beef. Tastes much better and less fat.

My husband adds dry ranch dressing and Worcestershire to the hamburger then makes patties and cooks until done. Talking about good. Best hamburgers I've ever had!!

you can do a basic season salt and pepper, or a dash of washisher sause, pepper, and some garlic powder. ps. you will get a little extra flavor it you cook some onion slices with the burgers once the burgers have createda little grease so the onions wont stick. then the burgers absorb some flavor and it can be a toppin once they are done!

You can't beat minced garlic and chopped onions mixed in with the meat. A little salt and pepper on both sides of the patties, too.

I mix the meat in a bowl. Usually mince meat, one egg, bread, some milk, salt, pepper, onion, a bit of chili, garlic and also add some beef stock - it is a trick to make them more flavoursome. Add whatever herbs you want (but if adding herbs, cut the chili)

this is what i do and you will love it,, i get an egg ring, then i make a layer of meat inside the egg ring, then i put in onions green peppers and cheese, then i put another layer of meat on top and gently press the burger out, then it goes on the grill and you have stuffed hamburgers,, you can even put the condiments inside to,,

I use pepper, garlic salt and meat seasoning, oh and if you brown the bun in the leftover grease in your skillet, the burgers are even better.

i mix my seasonings in with the meat and mix it all up in a bowl. if you try to season it while cooking it, it doesn't stay on top of the burgers, it gets cooked away when you flip them.

oh, and i season mine with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
