I have had fresh green beans stored in a bag in the fridge for a month. Now i want to cook them. they look and smell fine. They are a little limp. Are they safe to eat? They were in a bag that vaccumes the air out.

As long as they don't have any black mold spots on them, they should be fine. Take them out of the bag and soak them in some ice water to firm them up first. Then steam them.

Green beans are best used immediately, but can be stored in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped in a plastic bag, for up to five days.
