Does anyone have the recipe for chicken sate using Penzey's Sate Seasoning? I picked up a card for this in one of their stores while on vacation last year & have misplaced the recipe. I want the Penzey's recipe in particular, because it is so good & easy, and has just the right flavor & heat. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me out here.

This pensey's recipe for lamb sate, but I'm sure you could substitute chicken.

1 tb soy or shoyu

1 tb rice wine vinegar

2 tb sesame oil

2 tb water

1 tb chunky peanut butter

2 tb Penzey's Sate Seasoning*

Mix well. Cut 1 lb chicken into cubes and marinate 2 hours. Meanwhile, soak skewers. Thread chicken onto skewers (5-6 pieces each) and grill (we used the broiler and skipped the skewers and it was still good). Recipe should actually be doubled unless you want fights to break out at the table. You can play with the proportions in the recipe, too.
