Rule #1 - Know your market! If you are living in a decent size city you can place an ad in your local paper. If you have some "better" grocery stores, shops, private clubs, Country clubs, womens groups, etc. see if they have a community bulletin board or news letter. The key is to network, introduce yourself, and let others know your passion. Excellent references also help.
Rule#2 If this is a new venture for you, I suggest you purhcase several notebooks to keep track of all of your favorite receipes, notes and variations of things you have tried in the past... it will come in real handy.
