what is a good recipe for cheesecake?

I found this online a few months ago and can't get enough of it. It is NOT a New York cheesecake, it's more of a double-layer cheesecake with most of the sour cream on the top and most of the cream cheese on the bottom. But it is SMOKIN' good. :-)

The first one (souffle-style) is best in my opinion.
