Sister gave me her machine, but had no recipes or operating manual, I tried the site on line, but they want to be paid for everything, recipes, etc. Is there any pdf's on line for the use of this machine and/or recipes?

I had to look it up as I had no idea what it was.
To me it looks like a George Foreman grill without the ridged surfaces.
It's not going to do anything you couldn't do with regular cookware.
