Try jerk chicken the easy way. You need some jerk sauce, try a jamican store. Then you thruogh them on your grill and cook em till there well done. Or you can make your own jerk sauce with alot of pepper first and fore most, then 4 the sauce you can mix some ketchup with some vinegar and sugar dash in some onions, garlic, pimento, salt a little wine or rum adds to the taste. rub up everyting. Leave to marinade, that allows the flavor to soak in. Then u bake.

Make a grilled hen salad. Grill some hen breasts (one in step with human being or somewhat a lot less) on a grill, in a frying pan or lower than the broiler. Season it somewhat, salt and pepper, etc. at the same time as it truly is cooking, make a huge tossed salad consisting of your admired salad fixings. at the same time as the hen's achieved, shrink it in cubes and toss it with the salad. that's fairly superb with ranch or French dressing dressing. you may have a aspect of a few form of grain in case you want, buttered entire wheat bread or some crispy crackers ought to do it for me. reliable success!
