If it's not meant for consuption, don't eat it. I understand that some non-food items smell good (permanent markers, for one), but eating non-food items is a serious medical issue.
First of all, you don't know if all the chemicals will cook out. And considering that those chemicals are probably what makes it smell so good, it's foolhardy to risk it.
Second, even if you do cook out all the chemicals, they don't just disappear. Now they're in the air you're breathing in, which can be even more hazardous to your health.
In all honesty, if you are having urges to drink glass cleaner, you need to talk to a doctor. This is a serious medical condition. I'm not a doctor, but if I had to take an educated guess, I would say this could be a sign of Pica (an eating disorder where a person eats or drinks non-food items). Please go see a doctor about these urges, as it could be pointing to a more severe medical issue that you may not know about. I'll put some resources below.
