Creative Cooking or World Cuisine?

Question

Im deciding whether i should take creative cooking or world cuisine next year (it cooking classes).
creative cooking prepares recipes such as utilizing chocolate, pastries, cake, fruit, pasta and dairy products.
world Cuisine prepares foods coming from countries throughout the world,

Which one would be more interesting and useful?

Creative cooking sounds like a really great way to get new cooking knowledge! Then it will be easier to do the world recipes on your own ;)



I would go for a Raw food class thou! Really interesting food :)

My opinion is that World Cuisine will end up encompassing the others as you go through it. Once you get the idea of how things are made around the world, fine tuning with the specifics might be a little easier when you know which direction you want to go.

I love cooking and if I were to attend classes to learn more about it I think I would choose the World cuisine classes. I think it would be more interesting to learn about other cultures and make dishes from around the globe
