Kraft 100% parmesan grated cheese expire day please help cooking now lol?

We bought Kraft 100% parmesan grated cheese it says it is expired the cheese looks yellow ish but it takes ok is it safe? we don't see any mold help!!!!!

An expiration date is a recommended date to toss! Kraft cheese in particular has so many preservatives in it that it's good in the refrigerator for another month at least!

If the parmesan has no green in it,go ahead and use it. This is when you know it's bad.

If it is no green on it ? It is okay, just do not worry about. Cheese last a long time. I would eat it .
