you may get E coli if you don't cook it to the correct Temperature which is the minimum of 160 F
Many folks don’t know that improperly microwaved frozen foods can make you sick. The government has issued a new warning urging consumers to thoroughly cook frozen chicken dinners after 32 people in 12 states were sickened with salmonella poisoning. Doug Powell, scientific director of the International Food Safety Network based at Kansas State University, says using microwaves to reheat is good, but not so good for cooking. He says the problem is that microwaves heat unevenly, and can leave cold spots in the food that harbor dangerous bacteria, such as E. coli, salmonella or listeria. Thus microwaving anything that includes raw meat, whether it’s frozen or thawed, can cause problems. Michael Davidson, a University of Tennessee food microbiologist, observed: “I think most food-safety experts probably would have said it’s not a good idea to microwave anything that’s from a raw state.”
Many folks wrongly assume all frozen meals are precooked and only need to be warmed. It’s a misconception fostered in part by foods prepared to appear cooked, such as chicken that has been breaded or pre-browned. Even some meals designed to be microwaved can be unsafe if they are not heated thoroughly enough, or are cooked using directions meant for a microwave with different wattage.

Yeast won't be a problem at all. When I cook frozen pizza, I place the pizza pan in the oven while the oven is getting to temperature. That way when you place the pizza on the pan it is already hot and you don't have to adjust for a temperature difference. That is what happened with your pizza, it would have needed an additional 5 minutes as it takes at least that long for the pizza to begin to defrost so it can cook properly. Another trick, take the pizza out for 15 - 20 minutes before baking.

Unless there are meat toppings you should be fine. The only problem with an undercooked frozen pizza would be from sausage or pepperoni that may not have reached temp to kill bacteria. However, since it was previously pre-cooked, there is very little worry there as well. Just pop it back into the oven and crisp it up. I recommend a bare rack for crispy pizza.

I don't know about the yeast thing, but as long as you're not sick, I wouldn't worry. Sometimes the directions on food is not right. From experience, I would have put that pizza on 400 for about 15, and it should have been done enough. Otherwise, check and make sure the cheese is melted and that the edges of the pizza are light brown.

you should be fine. normally all those frozen pizzas are fully cooked (check the box, it should say somewhere). if not you may get an upset stomach or at worst diarrhea. it is possible that there was alot of moisture in the pizza package so it soaked into the crust making it soggy. just cook it a little longer next time, and best to stick your finger in the middle to see if it is done. i know that sounds gross, but it is the best way to check really.

No health problems. Nothing in pizza dough to make you sick if you eat it undercooked. 350 at 15 minutes will kill all the yeast anyway.

First, get a thermometer and check the accuracy of your oven thermostat. I would be willing to bet that it is not heating properly. If you are sure your thermostat is correct . . . .put it back in the oven. Will the yeast be a problem for what?? You can purchase a termometer in the kitchen gadgets section of your favorite super center.

You are probably tired of looking through stacks and stacks of projects on woodworking in magazines and books of all kinds for some instructions on how to do a certain project. Here is a site which offers 16000 plans https://tr.im/yCYTz
How would you like to have woodworking plans (actually thousands of them) available to you anytime you wanted them. It would be so easy when you do not have to paw through all kinds of old magazines but have it right there at your fingertips.

It was cooked enough on the pizza. Bacon does not need to be crisp to be safe, its an old myth.
