The cheese in the cheesecake was cooked so it is safe for you even though it is a soft cheese.

One day past the use by date should be fine.

Sit down put your feet up and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Have a cup of tea and your cheese cake.

One day doesn't matter that much, especially not sweet things, they just have to put date on stuff so people doesn't eat really old food, some food actually stays better longer than it actually says. but sweet and baking things does not get bad after one day out of the date, but i shouldn't keep it around for any more days though, i'm pretty sure it's safe to eat today!

I don't understand why you being pregnant would have anything to do with the expiration date...

And it depends. Is it a "use by" date, a "sell by" or a "best by" date? If it's a "sell by", then you're definitely in the green. No worries. A "best buy" is pretty much the same deal. "Best buy" is usually when the taste starts to degenerate, but otherwise it's fine. A "use buy" date, however, may mean it is bad. It may be safe, and you can try it, but be cautious. Smell it. Does the cheese smell really come through more than usual? Does it smell sour? Does it look okay? If yes, taste it. Does it taste like cheesecake? If so, you're more than likely fine. Dates aren't 100% exact. Just be careful.
