I Hate Using The Oven And All The Instructions On The Box Say To Use The Oven But Can You Cook Fish Cakes In A Frying Pan On The Hob??

I would put 2 tablespoons of butter on a nonstick frying pan. Then, I would put the fish cakes in the microwave for 30 sec. I would then put the cakes on the pan just until they get a coating of butter. Then go outside and grill them. You should then add a splash of lime and garnish with cilantro. You can also make a fresh garden salad with olive oil and puree onions and tomatoes with the added olive oil on top to make a dressing. Enjoy! Tell me how it works out!!!! :D

Yes. I bought Gorton's Fish fillets and they come frozen. I fry them up in a pan with a little oil. Be sure to put a lid on for the first 10-15 minutes to let them steam.

i cooked hash browns in a frying pan yesterday even tho the packaging said oven or grill.......they we're delish!

yes but you need to make sure they are cooked all the way through to avoid a frozen bit in the middle of the fishcake. :)
