buy a cheese sauce and make pasta. Whack it all in the pot and there you go. Or just buy cheesy pasta in the box.

The simple way is Easy Mac in the nuker.

The good way is below:

Baked Macaroni & Cheese

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup milk

3 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp flour

1 lb. macaroni, boiled al dente, according to pkg. directions

1½ c ups yellow cheddar cheese, shredded

1½ cups Muenster cheese, shredded

Heat the milk and cream together in microwave. Melt butter in large saucepan, then add all the flour stirring constantly. Let cook for 4-5 minutes, continuing to stir. Remove from heat and add warm milk and cream while whisking -- if sauce is too thick, add a touch more milk. Add cheese to white sauce and stir. (Save a bit of cheese for the topping.) Stir sauce into macaroni and place in a buttered casserole dish. Place in 350° oven until slightly brown and bubbly on top -- 25-30 minutes.

Buy a box or jar of cheese.. and get some macaroni too

boil the macaroni and when still hot add some cheese and the heat of the macaroni will melt it.. mix it well.. result you have macaroni and cheese! I prefer the jar cheese.. I usually get the stuff called Moo Cheese it has a cow on the label! Note: Vegans can't have Macaroni cheese!

1 Boil the macaroni pasta.

2 Drain water.

3 Add butter/margarine. (optional)

4 Add cheese.(Most common cheese is American, but you can add/mix whatever kind you like. I like mixing cheeses. I put mostly American, some pepper jack, and even a little cream cheese add to the cheesiness! You might want to melt the cheese first in a seperate container by itself before adding it to the macaroni it its really cold. But, if you're adding American cheese slices, you can add it directly to the macaroni.)

5 Serve.

6 Enjoy!

*For baked macaroni*:

Do steps 1-3. In a oven dish layer macaroni on bottom cheese, macaroni, cheese, macaroni cheese, etc.(Just make sure you start with macaroni on botom and end with cheese on top.)Bake in oven ~350-400° for about 10-15 minutes.(Until cheese has brown a little.)

Hope this helps:)

**Edit: I forgot, but you can mix a little milk to the pasta before adding cheese.

Whilst pasta is cooking.

Melt butter or a good spread [ make sure you can cook with some don't]

Add sauce flour or plain flour & mix make sure the heat is not very hot.

Add milk & stir if using sauce flour the lumps will go.

Then add my fav Red Leicestshire cheese & mix.

Allow cheese to melt into mix.

When pasta done drain well to get out all the water.

Add to cheese sauce mix then the lot into a dish, sprinkle with more cheese, then under the grill to brown

Hav'nt had it in ages will do some for dinner.

Level 1 simplicity Microwave a frozen ready made Macaroni Cheese

Level 2 Simplicity. Open a can of ready made Macaroni Cheese.

Level 3 Simplicity. Open a packed of instant dehydrated macaroni and cheese sauce, add recomended amount of liquid usually milk and cook in a saucepan as instructed on packet.

Level 4 medium simplicity. Boil macaroni in salt water until cooked add cheese sauce made using cornflour milk and grated Chedder cheese.

Level 5 Make a cheese sauce, using a pint of white sauce made using a roux, add teaspoon mustard and grated mature chedder cheese, seasoned to taste.(A roux for 1pnt of milk/sauce = 2oz of butter melted with 2oz flour stirred in and cooked out until mixture aquires a wet sand texture),then add mustard and blend in hot milk,by stiring in with a wooden spoon. Pour sauce over cooked macaroni,(macaroni simmered in salted water, for approx 15 mins).

Put mixture into venproof dish, top with more grated cheese and sliced tomato, brown in a hot oven.

The extra effort is worth it!

Level 6 Simpy Difficult. Contact Mr or Mrs Simpy and get them to give you their recipe.

looks simple enough to me.

EASY BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE

2 c. macaroni

2 tsp. salt

8 oz. Velveeta cheese (cut in sm. pieces)

2 1/2 c. milk

Pepper to taste

Butter

Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until almost tender (10-12 minutes). (I add a teaspoon of Mazola to water while cooking.) Drain.

Place macaroni in a 9x13x2 inch baking dish or pan. Add the milk, cheese, and dot with butter. Place in a moderate oven (325-350 degrees). Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until it begins to brown on top.

All of the recipes are good and there is no need for me to replicate any of the answers but I have 1 ingredient to add that no one else has mentioned. Add 1 jar of Old El Paso salsa to the cheese sauce before you mix in the pasta. Yum Yum!!

This is easy, if you don't want to put it in the oven, don't top with the bread crumbs, after you stir it together, you're done.
