I would like to buy a smoker for my meat. What are some things to consider? Any experience and enlightenment to a first time user would be gratefully appreciated!

I have only used a couple brands of smokers in my time. I worked at a great restaurant a couple years ago; The owner brought in a "Traeger" smoker. This thing was amazing. It gave our food the most amazing smoke flavor I have ever tasted. It used wood smoke pellets. It worked so well that we were smoking all sorts of things and the customers were loving it. I do know that the Traeger brand is a bit expensive. If you are thinking of buying one, it is definetely worth looking into. It also has the capability of smoking things very fast, such as; vegetables & cheeses.
