I think they will be fine. Check to see how much sugar is in the cereal as you might need to adjust your spices if you think the cereal has to much sugar. Great Recipe!

It sounds good. I don't see a issue with substituting the corn flakes with the Special K flakes.

I prefer Special K over cornflakes any day.. lol. They taste good and have a great flavor.

I called my mom who is an excellent cook ran her own food business for 19 years. She said that she has even used the Special K Cereal Bars before as a coating for the chicken tenders. When they ran out of other ingredients for them. You can't even tell a difference.

Place cereal in blender/food processor/magic bullet which ever you have and process into crumbs.

Hope this helps.

Best of luck

The cereal will probably make it much sweeter-- so it really depends on whatever your tastes are, since the texture will be the same as if you were using ground-up Corn Flakes or bread crumbs.

Ever mixture the three? Whoo Hooo! in case you have not got any particular ok, use Rice Crispies, very virtually the comparable component. Or: replace Raisin Bran for Corn Flakes, or the particular ok. very virtually something with Cheerios is sweet! might you're taking them in a dish? might you with thenstuff a fish? might take them with some Juice? ... confident i might!

I would personally just go ahead and use the Special K. It will be just fine. This sounds yummy!

Happy cooking!
