If you have a slow cooker (crock pot), I would put them both in that and cover with water and cook all day on high. I made 2 in a crock pot yesterday and put them on in the morning and ate around 5:00..they were perfect...very tender! Yummy!!!

Bake one! Here's a different and delicious recipe.

1. Take corned beef and place fat side up on aluminum foil.

2. Sprinkle on seasoning packet that comes in package.

3. Cover with 1/2 box brown sugar.

4. Wrap tight in foil (seal it in)

5. Bake at 350 degrees for two hours.

6. Cut open foil leaving a foil "bowl under the meat.

7. Flip meat over and cover with other 1/2 box brown sugar.

8. Bake for one more hour

Yummy...just slice and eat. Great hot or cold. No yucky cabbage needed!

Should be fine as long as the pot is large enough to accommodate them both. Cooking time should be about the same.

I prefer to cook mine for an hour or so, them drain off the water & add beef broth to cook them till tender. It is much less salty this way.
