alright, so i'm making a key lime pie,

that one. and i need to know how to store it?
do i keep it, in the freezer or cover it in plastic wrap or ... what?

Key lime pie should be refrigerated. You can cover it with plastic wrap or put it in a container with a cover on it. You can also freeze it if you choose to.

Plastic wrap in the fridge if you're planning on digging into it within the week. If not, let it cool and plastic wrap it tightly and put aluminum foil over it as well to store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

i love key lime pie and always refrigerate it ,and to heck with the foil and sawran wrap ,buy a few shower caps they make great covers for pie dishes glass bowls and more

confident. First, slice it into single servings, wrap each and each serving in wax paper, then foil and placed each bit in a freezer bag. Thaw interior the refrigerator for 4 hours beforehand of eating.

Do not freeze it, but most definitely refrigerate it. And most definitely cover it. You can use plastic wrap, but I strongly prefer foil.
