Is it okay to freeze cooked tilapia?

Of course you can. You can freeze any cooked food. I have a machine that takes all of the air out of the package. Make sure you date and label your package. Cooked fish will not keep as long as other foods especially in a self defrosting freezer. Plan on eating your fish within a week or two.

it is fine to freeze any cooked food as long as your put it in a sealed container. I use ziplock bags and press out all the air before putting stuff in freezer. label it with the date and what it is and maybe the name of the recipe you used.
