Here's what Wikipedia has to say about what's in Northern Irish pasties (not other kinds of pasties/turnovers/pirogi,etc):

"Recipes vary, but the most common ingredients are minced pork, onion, potato and seasoning formed into a 'round' (just like a hamburger) which is then covered in a batter mix and deep fried... and often served with chips."

Looks like to me you could add any seasonings you want (or maybe none but salt/pepper perhaps), but I'll see if I can search out some particular ones... hold on: . . .hmmm... not easy to find, but try these pages for possible help (got better search results with "Irish" pastie than with "Northern Ireland" pastie btw:

Serving and prep times are guesses as i have not made these yet. Source: KIETO'S DAILY RECIPE 3/10/04 The Irish version pasty (and this is particularly a Northern Irish delicacy) is round and flat, about 3/4 inch thick and consists of meat, potato and onion dipped in batter and fried. The English pasty, on the other hand, is a kind of meat and vegetable pie in a pastry crust. A "pasty supper" would include chips with the aforementioned pasty. We're going to do it the Irish way. Let's do it!

Northern Irish refers to somebody from Northern Ireland. The Northern Irish accent is not confined to Northern Ireland, it can also be heard around the border area in the Republic. People in Northern Ireland identify with being British, Northern Irish and Irish, either one or a mixture of these. People in Northern Ireland can hold an Irish or British passport. I live in the Republic, I was born in London, I hold a British passport, I identify myself with being Irish, English and British, so you see someone's identity is really a personal thing. Yes some people do indeed identify exclusively with a Northern Irish identity. I don't see how it is different, this is a very complicated question, I think a persons identity is a personal thing that is exclusive to them.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aUBh9

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
